Turkey Taco Lettuce Wraps

These wraps are a quick, delicious lunch or dinner. They are low in calories and carbs. Enjoy!

Romaine Lettuce leaves

1 pound ground turkey

1 small onion (Chopped)

2 cloves garlic (minced)

1 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons chili powder

1 cup chicken broth

1 tablespoon hot sauce or ketchup (your choice)

In skillet cook turkey meat with onion, garlic and salt until brown.

Add chili powder, hot sauce and broth and let simmer about 10 minutes.

Spoon onto cleaned lettuce leaves.

Top with Chopped tomatoes, green onions, cilantro, and shredded low fat cheese.
