“Broccoli-Pineapple Slaw”
Broccoli wins hands down as the best nutritious vegetable. It is full of vitamin C and A, calcium and fiber. And is a very low calorie food.
1 package broccoli slaw
1 cup chopped cabbage
1h cup chopped onion
1 small can crushed pineapple in natural juice( drain and
reserve juice)
In a bowl mix above ingredients.
“Dressing”
In a separate bowl mix 1/4 cup avocado oil, V4 cup rice vinegar, 3 tablespoon honey, and the reserved pineapple juice. Whisk until well blended. Pour over veggies and chill 1-2 hours before serving.
