Deciding to move from your home to a senior living apartment is a big change.   How do you figure out what to take with you to your new place?  Should you have an estate sale or call up the grandchildren and see what they might want?  And what about the packing and unpacking and actual moving of all of your treasures? It can feel so overwhelming just knowing where to start, even when you know the end result will be worth it.

Windsong Villas wants to help you make the decision to move to your new home a little easier.  We’re offering a moving incentive of up to $1000 to help cover the cost of moving. Now that’s a great reason to start packing!   You can hire a professional organizer to help you downsize your belongings for your new space, or pay for a moving company to come in and help you get boxed up and ready to go.  Maybe you’re a do-it-yourself person who picks up boxes and packing tape at a local store and rents a U-Haul.  Just keep the receipts for the related supplies and services you use to help you transition to one of our spacious senior apartments and we’ll reimburse you for the cost of the move, up to $1000!

Windsong Villas is a close-knit community of seniors who appreciate living in the heart of Prescott Valley, close to medical offices and the hospital, but also near churches, restaurants, and shopping.  The two-story building with elevator has 28 one- and two-bedroom apartments, with in-unit washers and dryers, plus spacious bathrooms, bright living rooms with large windows, and roomy kitchens. Our staff provides light housekeeping each week and can help with limited transportation to medical appointments. Residents gather in the dining room at noon for lunch, which is included Monday-Friday.  Utilities, Wi-Fi, and satellite TV are all part of the package too. We’d love to give you a tour of our retirement community that truly feels like home. Visit www.good-sam.com to learn more or call 928-713-2292 to set up a tour or find out how you can take advantage of our limited-time moving special.
